SIMPLE WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PLAN TO START A 2015 LIFESTYLE CHANGE THAT LASTS:
a. Choose one meal a day to replace with a Pure Protein Complete shake (20g protein, certified grass fed so whey is pure) OR Balance Complete Shake (11g fiber & 11.5 g protein). This is a nutrient dense shake. Choose the meal you feel is the most difficult for you to be nutritious. b. Concentrate on drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water c. Concentrate on more whole foods-- fruits and veggies d. exercise--you do not have to go crazy but you must sweat every day. Think three types of exercise: flexibility, strength, and aerobic e. Concentrate on more protein and complex carbs (veggies & fruits) and less breads, pastas, crackers, etc. f. Concentrate on moderation.
Breakfast
- Balance Complete - meal replacement shake (enzymes are in the shake. Personally, we take the Essentialzyme-4 anyway) - NingXia Red packet - 2-3 drops Slique Essence in water in your Slique Tea or water Snack - Healthy snack (fruit, vegetables, nuts, etc.) or cup of soup
Lunch
- Slique Tea 15 minutes before meal (Optional: add 1-2 drops Slique Essence) -2 Essentialzymes-4 capsules with meal - well-balanced lunch
Snack - 2-3 drops Slique Essence in water or water - Healthy snack (fruit, vegetables, nuts, etc.) OR cup of soup
Dinner - Slique Tea 15 minutes before meal (Optional: add 1-2 drops Slique Essence) - 2 Essentialzymes-4 capsules with meal -Balanced dinner (whole foods)
Evening - 2-3 drops Slique Essence in water or low- calorie beverage -apple or cup of broth
